A concept you can stand behind.
A stress-tested concept, plus the fragile assumption that needs to be true for it to work.
A 2-day workshop about designing and developing successful products in the AI era.
A clearer kind of progress
When the tools change this quickly, it’s tempting to move faster before you know what matters. This is two focused days to get curious, get specific, and make a better call on what to build next.
Bring a product, a live challenge, or an idea still taking shape. Work alongside a small room of people navigating the same questions, with time and structure to turn uncertainty into something you can test.
Leave with more than notes
Made around your product or idea, and ready to travel back into the real world.
A stress-tested concept, plus the fragile assumption that needs to be true for it to work.
An end-to-end customer journey and a testing plan designed to learn before you overbuild.
A completed four-slide strategy deck to bring the thinking into your team’s next conversation.
A focused pace
From early discovery to a strategy you can test. All meals are included.
Explore the market, uncover the human need, and challenge the assumptions behind your idea.
Shape the customer journey, plan how to test your idea, and bring the work together in a clear strategy.
